About admission

You can use it at the admission ticket office/souvenir plaza ``Hummingbird'', food cafe ``Hana Hana'', and restaurant ``Flora''.

It is possible within the same day. When re-entering the park, please show your admission ticket to the reception staff. There are no stamps or other seals.
Most of the facility is a greenhouse with a roof, so you can enjoy it even in the rain. Some outdoor areas require umbrellas. We also have a limited number available for loan.
It is possible to take photos. However, please refrain from actions that may disturb other customers, such as using flash or taking pictures for a long time. However, commercial purposes, profit-making purposes (including monetized SNS posts), taking photos or videos for event display, live streaming, and live streaming are prohibited. Please use posting on SNS etc. only for personal enjoyment. Please refrain from publishing anything that may violate the privacy of customers unrelated to the photographer or specific employees. Uploading images or videos that can identify a person's information to SNS or the Internet without the person's permission may violate portrait rights.
We do not allow pets to enter the park. We cannot keep your pet, so please use a nearby pet hotel.
Even if you purchase a ticket in advance at a convenience store, you will need to exchange it for the Kakegawa Kachouen admission ticket at the ticket office. Please note that tickets purchased in advance at convenience stores, etc., and annual passports do not give priority admission.
You can bring your own. There is a free space at the back of the restaurant space, so please enjoy your meal there. It is also possible in an outdoor area if the weather is sunny.
For individual customers, reservations are not required. We offer a limited menu for group customers, but advance reservations are required. Please contact the organization representative for details.

Guide to the park

Parking is free. The parking lot accommodates up to 400 vehicles. There are 10 parking bus spots, and 5 parking spots for guests with disabilities.
It is located in the back left of the food cafe "Hana Hana". Please request hot water for breastfeeding at the food cafe "Hana Hana" counter.
There are baby cots in the restroom near the entrance ticket office and in the barrier-free restroom in the outdoor area, so please use them.
We have 10 of each type available, but we do not accept reservations. The park has a barrier-free structure.
Anyone can use the restrooms inside the restrooms near the entrance ticket office and in the outdoor area.

About birds

You can feed your birds at the bird food shop in the free-range area until 3:30 pm on weekdays and until 4:00 pm on weekends and holidays. Please note that if the birds in that area have had their fill, we may temporarily stop selling food.
For breeding management reasons, we do not allow any food for birds to be brought in from outside.
Birds in free-range areas do not like to be touched, so please refrain from doing so. You can touch the birds at the petting event by following the staff's instructions.
Required for "Pull photo with penguin" and some limited time events. Numbered tickets for "commemorative photo with penguins" are distributed at the admission ticket office. You can experience other events by lining up.
This is a great value coupon that can be used for bird meals and bird events. You can use 600 yen for 500 yen. Please purchase at Souvenir Plaza Hummingbird, Flower Shop Ohanakko, or each restaurant. Please note that Fureai tickets can only be purchased in cash; credit cards, electronic money, and QR payments cannot be used.
Wild birds cannot be adopted at our zoo. If you find an injured bird and decide that you cannot leave it alone, please contact the wildlife agency in your prefecture.
Our zoo does not accept birds from the general public.
We are unable to provide consultation on pet care at our nursery. Please contact the person you purchased or received the item from.
