    • About Purchase Method

  • ● Tickets will be available for purchase at our park's reception.
  • ● Customers who have made a purchase will receive an annual passport exchange voucher on the same day. Please bring a passport-sized photo of the person who will use it (size 3cm × 2.5cm) when you visit the park next time, along with the exchange voucher.
  • ● On your next visit, please present the photo and exchange voucher at the reception. We will issue your passport at that time.
  • ● Please note that it may take some time to issue the passport, so please collect it at the reception before you leave.

    • About the Required Face Photo

  • ● The photo should only include the person who will be using the passport.
  • ● Photos that make personal identification difficult, such as photo booth pictures, cannot be used.
  • ● Please use a photo taken within the last year (size 3cm × 2.5cm).
  • ● If the photo you provide makes personal identification difficult, we may ask you to prepare another photo at the reception.

  • ● The annual passport is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  • ● We do not reissue annual passports or exchange vouchers. Please take care not to lose them.
  • ● We do not provide refunds for annual passports.
  • ● Annual passports and exchange vouchers cannot be transferred or lent to others.
  • ● Annual passports do not give priority admission.

    • About Park Facilities and Accessibility
    The entire park is wheelchair and stroller-friendly as there are no steps or obstacles, ensuring a comfortable experience for wheelchair users and parents with strollers.
    The following facilities are all available for free. No reservations are required; please inform nearby staff when you wish to use them. If you need hot water for baby milk, please approach the staff at the "Hanahana" food cafe near the nursing room.

    Please observe the following rules regarding photography within the park:

  • ・Photos taken within the park should be used for personal enjoyment purposes only.
  • ・Commercial purposes, profit-making endeavors (including monetized social media posts), event exhibition photos or videos, live streaming, and live broadcasts are strictly prohibited.
    (Such photography is allowed only upon prior application, review, and approval by the park authorities. Please inquire for details.)
  • ・Please refrain from capturing images that may invade the privacy of unrelated guests or specific employees. Uploading images or videos online that can identify individuals without their permission may infringe on their portrait rights.
  • ・Avoid actions that could stress the animals, such as flash photography or unusual sounds.
  • ・Be considerate of other guests when using tripods or similar equipment.
  • ・If it is determined that your actions may cause inconvenience to other guests or stress to the animals, park staff may request you to stop.
